1. The following steps are to be followed while seeking admission in the school
Step: 1 Registration of the candidate
Step: 3 Filling up of Application form
Step: 4 Fee payment
Step: 5 Submission of required documents
Step: 6 Allotment of Class and Section
Provisional admission is valid for 20 days only. Parents are requested to deposit all required documents within 20 days from the date of admission otherwise the admission will be treated cancelled. No refund of any fee will be made in such cases..
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION.
1. Fee must be deposited up to 10th of every month. If 10th of any month falls to be a holiday, the fee must be deposited on next working day, failing which a fine of Rs 10/- per day will be charged
2. In the case of siblings, a concession of 50% in tuition fee will be given to the younger child only. No concession will be applicable on other charges.
3. In the case of tripling, 100% concession in tuition fee will be given to the youngest child. No concession will be applicable for the first and second child and in other charges also.
4. Fee can be paid by cash or cheque. Cheque retuned by the bank for any reason whatsoever shall be treated as non-payment of dues and an additional amount of ₹ 500/- shall be charged towards expenses along with the late fine
5. If fee payment is done for the whole year in a single instalment, a concession of one month fee will be given. It is applicable only if the whole year payment is done in the months of April or May
6. 10th January 2021 is the last date to deposit all pending arrears, if any.
7. Fee for the month of June should be paid along with the fee of May and that of March should be paid along with the fee of Feb.
8. If fee payment is kept delayed for more than a quarter, admission will be treated as cancelled and ₹500 will be levied as re-admission charges along with the pending fee.
